Instructions for reviewers

  • Review each field against your knowledge of this cohort. Mark Accurate if the value is right, Needs correction if it is wrong or inaccurate (add notes), Not sure if you cannot verify it, or Does not apply if the field is not relevant.
  • Evidence shown is from our source registry. Fields marked No source yet hold values we could not yet pin to a document — those were AI-inferred and need your input most. Fields marked Searched — not published are ones we looked for and could not find publicly; the note lists where we checked.
  • Your selections and notes are kept in this browser tab only (not sent to the database). Print or save as PDF when finished, then return it to the DIGIT team.

Description

Required

The IMI RADAR-CNS programme (Remote Assessment of Disease and Relapse in Central Nervous System), coordinated from King's College London with EFPIA partners, ran 2016–2022 and developed the open-source RADAR-base platform. It combined active smartphone tasks (validated questionnaires, speech tasks, THINC-IT cognitive screening) with passive smartphone sensors and wrist-worn wearables (e.g. Fitbit) in prospective studies across major depressive disorder (RADAR-MDD), epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis to explore remote relapse monitoring. Named alongside Our Future Health in Group 3 of the programme grant Figure 1.Field-cited

Programme recruitment target for RADAR-MDD alone was 600 participants (Matcham et al. 2019); KCL reports ~1450 participants across the full RADAR-CNS programme and >62 TB collected. Main IMI programme ended 2022; RADAR-base continues as an open research platform.Field-cited
